Dry Bar Hire Package

DRY BAR HIRE PACKAGE

If you have a festival, market day, sporting event, or simply need an overflow bar or trailer to sell drinks and merchandise, our Dry Hire option is for you.

 

Used frequently at large-scale concerts and sports events, our dry hire option enables you to serve your patrons, with your staff, your way.

 

Our bar is designed to provide fast, speedy service and to support high volumes of customers, meaning no one will go thirsty and you can be sure to make high revenue returns on sales. 

Package Includes:

  • Free Delivery within 50km of Beenleigh

  • 5 hour hire

  • Drop off and set-up

  • Use of bar and audiovisual equipment

  • Pick up and bump out

Drinks ordering service available, however purchase and supply of alcohol is not included in the hire price.

ALCOHOL ORDERING

For large scale events, knowing how much alcohol to order, and where to source it from is not always easy.

 

Our team have partnerships with premium local suppliers and will take care of this for you, streamlining the process and making sure no one goes thirsty!

 

We’ll help you understand how many kegs you’re likely to need. We can also help you source other drinks such as champagne and wine as well.

USE OF MULTI-MEDIA OPTIONS

With up to 7 screens to access, you can choose to use these to show photos, run video content, use for speaking notes, live stream and more. The trailer is also equipped with surround sound Bluetooth Speakers that can be linked up to Spotify to run your own playlist, or connected to a professional DJ set up on the day. We offer free delivery within 50km of your local On Tap Trailer Bars Franchise. We’ll set it up, run the event, pack down and bump out again leaving you with nothing but great memories and good times to worry about. No mess, no clean up.

STARTER PACKAGE

If you’re looking for a little extra luxury, our Premium package gives you access to few added extras to help you further customise your event.

Whether you want to add in some bar tables and chairs, an extra staff member, personalise staff aprons or cocktails, or even some stunning bamboo poles and festoon lights on the grass, then this package is for you. Our Premium packages gives you everything in the Starter Package plus your choice of any three additional add ons to enhance your special day.

If you’re looking to go all out for your event, our deluxe package is the one for you. Imagine being able to wrap the entire bar with artwork designed especially for you? It’s the little details that people remember.

Customise our trailer bar to your exact colour theme, include a personalised celebration message, and ensure every detail aligns with your event. This includes artwork designed for you by our team of graphic designers, print and installation. 

Our Deluxe package includes everything in our standard and premium packages, plus a full bar wrap.

  • Selected options for staff to wear branded aprons or an approved uniform.

BRANDED ELEMENTS
  • Experience a full bar wrap, design and print of graphics for all sections of the bar.

  • QR codes can be included in print for patrons to scan and enter competitions, for sales leads or to collect data as promotional objective.

  • Branded tapware and cups (minimum order 250 cups) in a choice of colours for all drinks, eg. water, iced tea, cordial or alcoholic drinks). POA for larger quantities.

  • Choice of white or black roof cover to suit your brand and theme.

  • Other branded merchandise available, we will work with you and be as creative as you like.

  • Bluetooth speakers linked to playlist, to set the right mood and vibe.

  • Showcase your brand on our screens - perfect for running brand videos, livestream or further customer engagement via competitions or interactivity.
